ERASMUS KICK-OFF MEETING IN GRANADA

ERASMUS KICK-OFF MEETING IN GRANADA
Our national agency, SEPIE, has organized in Granada a 2-day congress on November 16-17 to give useful tips to the coordinators, one per entity, of the projects that got the funding in four KA220 categories: Schools (Primary and Secondary), Universities, Vocational Schools and Adult Schools.
Overall, 114 projects out of 570 (1 in five) have got the funding after a 7-month evaluation process. In our category, Schools, only 35 projects will be funded. Some projects with around 80 points haven’t got the funding because of a very tight budget this year: just 31 million euros.
Thanks to all the teachers and association members involved in this project in the four countries for devising an excellent collaborative project that was given 85 points out of 100 and that ranked in the 11th position (out of 22 approved projects) in the 250,000-euro category.

ERASMUS KICK-OFF MEETING IN GRANADA

14 new kilometers of RUSCA, the «Healthy and Cultural Alhama Route»
We have inaugurated 14 new kilometers of the RUSCA, the «Healthy and Cultural Alhama Route». This trail, that connected Corella with Cintruenigo and Fitero already, reaches the border with La Rioja with this new 14-km stretch and, hopefully, will get to Alfaro and the Sotos del Ebro in the near future. Six Erasmus ambassadors and two majors (Alfaro’s a Cervera de Río Alhama’s) participated in the event and walked to Araciel (10 kms). Once in Corella, we gave «A whole life cycling» award to the Arellano sisters: Fabiola, Rocío and Lourdes
