On October 31st, in the middle of Halloween, we went to the Recicleta Ribera workshop in Tudela to fix bikes from our high school, IES Alhama. Mohamed, Otmane, Osama, Ayoub and Anas participated in the workshop and managed to fix five of the seven bikes we were carrying.
Besides, we visited the interpretation center of La Huerta (green garden or allotment). It was a very interesting exhibition that displays the irrigation techniques, the ancestral customs of our ancestors and how the countryside was the way of subsistence of 90% of the population till the 60’s and 70’s. What really impressed the students were the machines and tools the farmers used to work in the fields.
